Chris Wright, Chief Executive

Chris Wright 'I’m thrilled to lead an organisation that I’ve played a part in developing. Catch22 delivers excellent services to large numbers of young people, adults and families and in communities facing tough challenges. As we move into a more mixed economy in the provision of public services the challenge will be to stay true to our roots while embracing the new opportunities that will inevitably present themselves.'

Before Catch22, Chris was Head of Performance at the Youth Justice Board having moved there from his position as Youth Offending Team Manager in Nottingham. His early career was spent working in residential social work and the probation service.

Alison Ross-Green, Director of Organisational Development and HR

Alison Ross-GreenAlison has spent her entire career in HR and organisational development. She has worked in organisations as diverse as Touche Ross &Co chartered accountants and the London Docklands Development Corporation. Before joining Catch22 she was Head of HR and Organisational Development at the London Borough of Bexley.

Alison’s approach is characterised by a strong belief in the value of employee involvement and development in creating a positive culture and managing successful change, and also a focus on making changes to wider structures and systems to ensure that change is real and long lasting.

Alison has a long standing interest in equality and diversity and focuses on practical, whole organisation, approaches that deliver benefits to service users and staff. Alison is currently responsible for HR, Performance and Improvement and Facilities. She is also Catch22’s Complaints Officer.
 

Mike Truelove, Director of Finance and IT

'What struck me when I joined was the diverse range of work we deliver and I knew it would be an interesting role. I wanted the opportunity to make a positive contribution to society generally and Catch22 is doing just that.'

Mike is a Chartered Accountant and was heritage charity Crime Concern’s Director of Business and Financial Services before the merger with Rainer. Prior to this, he worked in a variety of roles in the private and voluntary sector as well as spending six years as Director of Finance for a Health Board in the Republic of Ireland.
 

Fran Pollard, Director of Business Development

Fran is Director of Business Development and has overall responsibility for business development activity across Catch22. This includes environmental scanning and mapping, competitor analysis and defining the overall business growth and development strategy.

Fran is also responsible for the fundraising function, which is aimed at increasing our voluntary income and for the marketing function, which manages brand identity, digital media and marketing production requirements helping to raise awareness and understanding about Catch22’s work amongst priority audiences including potential donors, commissioners and those in the Government.
 

Paul Bott, Operations Director - North

'My ambition for the services that we run is that we use our skills in engaging young people, to raise aspirations, and develop these higher aspirations in each young person, in conjunction with their families and communities into delivering real social change.'

Paul is Director of Operations -North, his focus is on delivering quality services that deliver real impact. As well as a geographical remit from Bristol and Wales to Newcastle, Paul oversees delivery for our national programmes - Community Space Challenge, Talent Studio, Positive Futures, Engage in Education and Realising Ambition.
 

Rosie Chadwick, Director of Public Affairs, Policy and Innovation

'Every day at Catch22 brings new challenges - the challenge of winning work, desigining the best possible services and programmes, getting to know new partners and putting messages across as effectively as possible. Combine that with the satisfaction of feeling that Catch22 is really making a difference and you've got a winning combination!'

Rosie led the Prevention Services division of heritage charity Crime Concern before joining Catch22 as Director of National Programmes, more recently moving to the role of Director of Innovation, Policy and Practice Development. Rosie spent her early career in the civil service, taking on a variety of roles in the Cabinet Office, Treasury and Home Office.
 

Richard Mayhew, Director of Social Enterprises Ltd

Richard is the Director of Catch22 Social Enterprise Ltd, a relatively new but ambitious venture which aims to become a leading social enterprise with a national reach. With youth unemployment reaching one million, of whom 75,000 have been unemployed for more than two years, the different trading companies of Catch22 Social Enterprise Ltd will provide valuable employment opportunities for young people in a real working environment.

Richard has several years of experience as CEO in the charitable sector, before joining Rainer in 2004 as Regional Director for South of England and Wales. His early career was in secondary education in the UK, and as Vice Principle of an International School in the Middle East.

 

Heather Loxley, Operations Director - South

Heather LoxleyHeather is the Director of Operations in the South. Heather is committed to ensuring that Catch22 deliver high quality services that make a real difference to the children, young people and families we work with. Key to this is building and sustaining positive relationships with our commissioners and partners, and to look for opportunities where we can offer new solutions. 

Before joining Catch22 Heather worked in a number of local authorities, beginning her career as a local authority social worker. 

Brian De Lord, Director of Education

Brian De Lord

Brian's role involves responding to the Government policies outsourcing education services to the independent providers and creating a range of effective education services that are both systemic and value for money.

 

Brian has worked with young people throughout his professional life, as a teacher, youth worker and therapist. He has been the CEO and head teacher of Pupil Parent Partnership, now a part of the Catch22 group. He has devised a Master of Arts in Social Inclusion in partnership with Manchester Metropolitan University and managed a Post Graduate Certificate course in Counselling Skills and Guidance at Brunel University. Both these courses are based on the PPP methodology of supporting young people.He has led a number of major European youth and Lifelong Learning projects funded by the European Commission and has been a partner on many more to date.
