Sub-contracting opportunities with Serco, Catch22 and Turning Point

An event to discuss how you can involve local voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations in the current round of prison bidding and community offender management contracts.

Serco, in an Alliance with Catch22 and Turning Point, is running two events to explain their approach to offender management, outline the bidding challenges and take attendees through the expression of interest process. There will also be an opportunity to network over lunch, ask questions and develop issues informally.

This opportunity involves prison bids in the North East and South Yorkshire. To help achieve VCS involvement the Alliance (Serco, Turning Point and Catch22) will be introducing a new delivery model, specifically to engage with VCS organisations. We want to begin a process to understand what services you offer and explore how you can work alongside them in delivering offender rehabilitation.

Clinks welcomes the approach the Alliance is taking in developing a dialogue with the sector, and will be encouraging other potential prime contractors to adopt similar approaches.
