When young people are leaving care, the right support can make all the difference between a difficult, unhappy life and a happy successful one. Wandsworth Independent Living Scheme has been hugely successful at providing this support for over 20 years. As part of our team you’ll never forget the young people you work with - and they’ll never forget you.
You’ll deputise for the Team Manager, keep the service running smoothly and manage and motivate our staff – you’ll also take on a small caseload. A qualified Social Worker, you’ll have some supervisory experience and be keen to move into management.
