Propeller (previously known as ‘Plan.Do’, the social action app) turns life experiences into job interview answers that demonstrate the key skills valued by employers.
Propeller is a free online tool that helps people to turn life experiences (like volunteering, hobbies, unpaid work experiences and caring for family members) into the key skills that employers value.
It works on any device with a browser and an internet connection:
Propeller is funded by Google and was developed with insights from volunteers, employers, and Catch22’s employability services.
We are on a mission to help young people recognise their skills and impress employers.
