A young girl looking despondent

Rosie Chadwick – National Programmes Director

I’ve been at Catch22, previously within the Crime Concern part of the organisation, for eleven years. In that time, I’ve enjoyed immense professional variety – and have had the chance to work with some truly inspirational colleagues.

As Catch22, I’m confident that we’ll be able to appeal to even more young people and help them address a whole range of issues in their lives. The merger of Rainer and Crime Concern means we have a fantastic breadth of expertise - spanning education, housing, crime reduction and policy work, as well as work in and with communities.

Through national programmes, we have links across the country – even in areas where we don’t directly deliver services. So it’s going to be important for us to work together, and make the most of the partnerships we have in place.

I’m very much looking forward to working with the Regional Director. Together, we’ll look at how existing national programmes can support work in the regions - we can also develop new programmes that add value and help drive our practice forward.
