OUR APPROACH

INNOVATION THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS

Employability and training

Catch22 offers employment and training opportunities for people with barriers to work. We do this through our flagship Barclay’s programme, Connect with Work, government funding and corporate partners. Because there is no ‘one size fits all’, we build bespoke plans for each person we support. Over time, we’ve built great relationships with businesses, helping them open up their organisations to diverse talent. Our advisors are out in the community, working shoulder to shoulder with local organisations to help the people who need it most.
