Consent

All subjects for photos and films must give consent. This will be organised by Catch22, but you must be aware of the sensitivity around featuring users of Catch22 services.

Guidance for Catch22 photography

Images of the real people we work with are a key part of of the Catch22 brand image. Photos taken for Catch22 should:

  • be in colour
  • be of multiple genders, ages and ethnicities
  • be natural and spontaneous and not specifically posed
  • use natural lighting
  • show quiet confidence and positivity
  • not present subjects in stereotypical situations
  • show subjects in environments that are realistic, familiar and everyday.

Catch22 owns an extensive library of photos that should be used when illustrating our work. Please contact the Marketing team at  with details of your requirements.

Guidance for filmaking

All video content made for Catch22 should:

  • be in colour
  • have the necessary permissions for any music used
  • use the Catch22 brand fonts for text
  • be natural and realistic
  • avoid cliché or over-staged situations; a fly-on-the-wall approach is more appropriate
  • include a mix of talking heads and observational-style scenes.
