Our people

Led by our Chief Officer’s Group (COG), Catch22 is made up of 1,000 people from across the country, brought together by common values.

Any success that Catch22 has is down to our people. We reflect the communities we work in, and we believe that diversity makes us stronger. But one thing runs through us all: a belief that people can thrive if they have a good place to live, good people around them and a clear purpose in life.
