Catch22 is a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
Experienced, qualified and BACP-registered counsellors support children, young people and adults with a wide range of concerns, including (but not limited to) self esteem, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, mental health concerns, phobias, anger and aggression, family breakdown, sexual abuse, parental substance misuse issues, sexuality and cultural issues.
Our integrative and person-centred focus ensures we work flexibly as well as relentlessly, with Catch22 counsellors doing whatever it takes to sustain engagement in the counselling process and to support young people’s engagement in their education.
Individual needs are ascertained for each participant through a thorough assessment and review process.
Interventions and approaches can include:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Psychodynamic therapy
- Gestalt Play Therapy
- Systemic Family Therapy (SFT)
- Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
- Brief solution-focused support
- Transactional Analysis.
- £230 per day for school-based counselling
- £600 per individual, based on 12-15 sessions
Catch22 has been delivering bespoke services for over 30 years. Services are commissioned on a one-off or a long-term basis and are co-designed with commissioning organisations, with delivery and costs tailored to the specific needs and budget requirements of the commissioning organisation.
