Essex Counselling Service
A variety of therapeutic interventions available from BACP-registered counsellors for children, young people, parents and families.
From 4-years-old upwards | Essex
Experienced, qualified and BACP-registered counsellors support children, young people and adults with a wide range of concerns, including (but not limited to) self esteem, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, mental health concerns, phobias, anger and aggression, family breakdown, sexual abuse, parental substance misuse issues, sexuality and cultural issues.
Our integrative and person-centered focus ensures we work flexibly as well as relentlessly, with Catch22 counsellors doing whatever it takes to sustain engagement in the counselling process and to support children and young people’s engagement in their education.
Individual needs and distance travelled are ascertained through our thorough assessment and review process.
What young people supported by the service have to say:
“Amazing, everyone should have counselling.”
“It’s really beneficial, you can talk about anything.”
“Good to know that I have come so far.”
