include

Catch22 include Thames Valley is an Ofsted registered independent school. It provides full-time, alternative, secondary education for young people who have been excluded from their previous school or pupil referral unit.

Catch22 include Thames Valley offers 25 places in a small and supportive environment in Bracknell for students who display a range of educational needs. Our high staff to student ratio enables staff to develop positive and productive relationships with students as well as their families and other supporting agencies.

Flexible transition programmes, bespoke packages, re-engagement programmes and full-time Key Stage 3 and 4 education are all available. The aim is to tackle the social, behavioural or emotional barriers that may be preventing young people from achieving their potential. The work can take place at home, out in the community or at the include schools. Read all about our school in our Prospectus, here.

Curriculum

We offer a full curriculum for Key Stage 3, preparing learners for entry into Key Stage 4 where they will have the opportunity to undertake a range of Functional Skills and GCSE accreditations.

Preparation for the world of work and securing sustainable positive progression for every learner is a key priority in Key Stage 4 and there is a strong focus on providing learners with opportunities to take part in vocational courses and work experience throughout Years 10 and 11.

Learners are also given guidance regarding online child safety and exploitation. Read the latest information from CEOP about keeping children safe online or to report any concerns regarding online safety.

Catch22 provides young people aged 4-18 with alternative education in order for them to progress and succeed in sustained education or employment. We do this through high quality teaching and learning based on effective relationships that enable the achievement of life skills and meaningful qualifications.
