Applying for a role
All applications for roles at Catch22 should be made online via the recruitment website. To apply, click on the ‘apply online’ button which is located at the end of the job advert. If you are not already a registered user, you will be required to register before being taken to the relevant application form.
The shortlisting process
Once a vacancy has closed, all applications will be reviewed by the Recruiting Manager and you will then be contacted by email informing you of the outcome of your application.
If you are not invited to interview you will also receive an email; however, due to the volume of applications we receive we are unable to provide feedback to those not shortlisted for interview.
Interviews are a two-way process for us to explore further your suitability for the role and offer you the opportunity to expand on the skills and experience outlined in your application. We aim to give candidates as much notice as possible of their interview.
If shortlisted for interview, you will receive an email informing you of this.
After the interview
All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their interview and we aim to do this as soon as possible.
