Step22 is a recruitment and training solution that gets great people into great jobs in the hospitality sector, funded by the apprenticeship levy.

Step22 helps businesses source and train great staff to significantly improve retention and staffing costs. Our mission is to become the no.1 provider of hospitality apprenticeships in the UK.


Too many young people are out of work and there is a recruitment crisis within the hospitality sector that is only going to get worse after Brexit and ongoing restrictions driven by COVID-19.

Step22 is a joint venture between Catch22 and Paced who bring significant experience from the training and coffee sectors.


We are working with a number of organisations to explore how Step22 can support them in growing their business and training their staff.


Switchback is an award-winning charity enabling young Londoners to find a way out of the justice system and build a stable, rewarding life. Through intensive 1-to-1 support on both sides of the prison gate alongside real work training, Switchback supports young men to change their relationship with society.
