You’ll deputise for the Team Manager, keep the service running smoothly and manage and motivate our staff – you’ll also take on a small caseload. A qualified Social Worker, you’ll have some supervisory experience and be keen to move into management.

As Community Based Case Manager, you'll provide external support to the Offender Management arrangements and coordinate support networks with other organisations. You'll co-ordinate, monitor, review and deliver (as appropriate) sentence plan interventions for all allocated offenders. You'll participate in the provision of direct work with prisoners to ensure a successful transition from custody to an offending free future in the community.
