Mediation Service Annual ReportWorking with the Police, Local Authorities and Housing Associations, the Mediation Service provides a skilled and flexible service focused on resolving community conflict, unhampered by the constraints the referring professionals face. Referrers are rarely seen as impartial because of their enforcement role and they seldom have the time to effectively resolve conflict. Having access to a skilled and independent mediation service allows them to offer the people they serve, a way out of their situation that is voluntary, independent, confidential and solution focused.

Digital Disadvantage - Who is being left behind?Building on the four barriers identified in the first paper, this paper seeks to identify who is at the most significant risk of being left behind and which marginalised groups are prevented from developing the digital skills they need to thrive. Through conducting a series of focus groups across Catch22 services, the research forefronts the voices and experiences of young people through the lens of digital disadvantage.
