- Axis @ The Hive
A health and wellbeing service, with Catch22 leading a range of specialist voluntary sector organisations and working with the local authority, CCG and a young people’s board
- Pan Cheshire Missing and Child Sexual Exploitation Service
Partnership working with four local authorities and the Police to support vulnerable children and young people who go missing from home or care and/or who are victims of sexual exploitation.
- Realising Ambition
A UK-wide £25m Big Lottery Fund programme providing funding and support to 22 organisations helping children and young people to fulfil their potential and avoid pathways into offending.
