Catch22 Digital

Catch22 Digital provides a series of pre-employment and apprenticeship programmes designed to provide opportunities for people from excluded groups to get working in digital or tech enabled roles.

18-45 | London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester

Supported by partners, Microsoft and Salesforce, and delivered virtually, we want to give participants an understanding of Digital Apprenticeships and IT Entry Level Jobs as well as boosting their skills in digital and tech.

Participants on our digital programmes complete projects and tasks both individual and team based to develop their skills and knowledge. They then receive continued support from an employment advisor to sustain in work in the tech sector, including to tailor your CV and cover letter to tech, and interview preparation specific to digital roles.

Our participants are professional, tech savvy and eager to start their professional career. If this sounds like you, please get in touch.

Our programmes

Digital Edge

Digital Edge is a three- or four-week pre-apprenticeship training programme to support people from underserved communities. The programme sees Catch22 find and recruit candidates aged 18 to 45 years old with a range of challenges – from gender and ethnicity barriers, homelessness, mental health issues, school exclusion and disability. It then supports them to access a digital apprenticeship and entry level IT job with a local employer within Microsoft’s network of customers and partners.
