Substance misuse and mental health services
11 to 18-years-old | London borough of Wandsworth
This service offers free assessments and counselling across the London borough of Wandsworth.
After an initial assessment an individuals care plan is created. This is followed by six sessions of counselling which addresses any issues the young person may have.
Sessions are targeted towards those who do not meet Children, Adolescent Mental Health Service criteria.
A smoking cessation project is also delivered in partnership with local schools.
