What is Employability?
Employability is a division of Catch22, where we work with employers and individuals to provide sustainable jobs for everyone.
Through our local and national partnerships, our services help people who have struggled to find work through conventional routes.
Case workers base themselves in the heart of communities and reach out directly to individuals. Our tailored service removes significant barriers to work and enables employers to reach the hardest to reach individuals.

How do we operate?
Catch22 delivers high quality and responsive employability programmes relevant to the needs and aspirations of learners and job seekers as well as the needs of employers.
Job seekers are provided with a flexible, face-to-face relationship with a dedicated Catch22 advisor who can offer CV writing, interview preparation and access to accredited training. Our tailored one-to-one programmes and group development sessions mean everyone is given the opportunity to find a career in a way which is as unique as the individual.
Through our current partners, including The Children’s Society, Redthread and Movement to Work, and employers such as BUPA and DHL, Catch22 is drastically improving opportunities and diversity in the workplace.
Who do we work with?
Individuals
If you are struggling to find sustainable employment, contact one of our teams. Each person we work with is given a unique action plan, as well as access to a training budget, so they can fill knowledge gaps, while seeking sustainable work they feel engaged with. No one is left to feel behind as our case workers continue to work with individuals and the employer for up to six months in a new role.
Employers
Our extensive industry experience across 15 employment sectors and with 1,500 employers means that we understand the business requirements of small and medium enterprises as well as large employers. Working directly with employers, who benefit from a Catch22 Account Manager and Employer Engagement Officer, means we will find you candidates who are skilled and supported from day one.
If you would like assistance with recruitment or for Catch22 to design a tailored training package preparing young people for your place of work, please contact us. You can also:
