Employability support

Catch22 delivers high quality and responsive employability programmes relevant to the needs and aspirations of learners and job seekers as well as the needs of employers and the economy, today and in the future. Our extensive industry experience across 15 employment sectors and with 1,500 employers means that we understand the business requirements of small and medium enterprises as well as large employers.

Catch22 offers a more human approach to employability support that focuses on improving the job readiness and work ready behaviours of each individual.

Clients benefit from a flexible, face-to-face relationship with a dedicated Catch22 Advisor built on trust to ensure that their needs are met and they feel supported. We offer accredited training, basic skills, mindset and behaviour change, confidence building, CV building and interview preparation, and in work support for up to six months.

Additional support is provided through our network of local agencies offering support with ESOL, housing issues, mental health needs, substance misuse support and more.

Connect with Work

Receive training and supported entry into exciting jobs with big brand companies or fast growing start-ups.

Connect with Work is a programme delivered by Barclays and Catch22 which offers advice and guidance to help individuals get in to work. Many of the individuals we work with aren’t yet job ready so we offer a three week programme that is structured to provide further skills and advice as well as a qualification in Customer Service.
