We believe that all young people, no matter what their background, should have the opportunity to succeed. But we also know it is not always that simple.

You create your own opportunities.

Easier said than done, right?

If you are aged 16 to 25 years old and live in one of the regions below, the Creating Opportunities programme can help you find training, apprenticeship or employment-related opportunities to help you progress towards the future you want, with the support you need to achieve it.

Birmingham, Bradford, Croydon, Hackney, Kingston upon Hull, Lambeth, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Newham, Sandwell, Wolverhampton.

The programme, delivered in partnership by Catch22, The Prince’s Trust and Apprentice Nation, offers tailored support from a dedicated Careers Coach, who will work with each young person to design a pathway to their personal goal, whatever that might be.

Creating Opportunities works in close partnership with employers to find the most suitable candidates for their roles.

The service is free and employers receive:

  • Access to a talent pool of work-ready and motivated young people
  • Expert advice on how to recruit individuals who have faced barriers to work
  • Advice and guidance on designing an inclusive recruitment process
  • Assistance with achieving your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) targets
  • Advice on how to best support your new employee or apprentice long-term
