Apprenticeships

Catch22 delivers high quality and responsive apprenticeships, vocational training and employment support programmes that are tailored to the needs of job seekers, and that fulfil the requirements of organisations today and in the future.

Over the last four years Catch22 has become a national award winning provider of apprenticeship training programmes, servicing over 500 business and supporting 1000+ apprentices with great success stories and results. As a government approved Apprenticeship Levy training provider, Catch22 provides a range of business apprenticeships for all industries. We deliver apprenticeships at intermediate, advanced and higher levels to provide a comprehensive workforce training solution suitable for any business or individual.

Our approach

Our apprenticeships offer focuses on specific occupational roles and industries to meet the requirements of employers and local enterprise partnerships. After assessing workforce needs and areas of business that would benefit from apprenticeship training, we recruit and train great people in apprenticeships: building an action plan to help them overcome any barriers to work, putting in place key milestones like learning goals, soft skills, confidence and mind-set training, providing ongoing in-work support and pathways to achieve a higher level of training.

Vocational training and skills programme

We specialise in offering learning and training opportunities for students who, for whatever reason, don’t want to stay in a traditional academic environment. We provide our students with a different option – the opportunity to carry on their learning in a smaller, highly supportive environment where the focus is on providing learning and training options to help you gain the skills, qualifications and experiences you need to achieve your goals in life.

Catch22 College:

If you are starting to think about what you are going to do when you leave school or perhaps because you have already left and are thinking about what to do next and like thousands of others you’re not sure that traditional college is for you then we might be what you are looking for.
If you or your young person join us, we will work with you to design a tailored learning programme which is matched to your interests and goals for the future. Our students can pick from a range of learning options from four key areas:

1. Functional skills (maths and english)
2. Vocational qualifications (work focused)
3. Work experience
4. Life skills

Maidstone Skills Centre:

Maidstone Skills Centre is used by schools, training providers and the public – with programmes and facilities catering for all.

The Maidstone Skills Centre provides provision for schools and pupil referral units wanting to offer vocational study for their students in Year 10, 11, 12 and 13. Groups attend the centre to achieve BTEC qualifications.
